New IACE Pilot Projects

We are glad to announce that IACE will offer two new Italian Pilot Projects:

  • “Little Singers”

  • "Italian Theater Practicum”

Little Singers” is a 24 weeks program designed for children ages 5 to 7 with little or no musical background. Students will learn about Italian children’s favorite songs and traditional melodies while being exposed to the Italian language. This is a playful and fun approach for the little ones who will perform as an Italian Children's choir at the end of the course.

It will be held at Centro Raccontami in Manhattan starting September 28th through June.

For further information please contact the program's coordinator Katia Tennyson at katiatennyson@aol.com.

"Italian Theater Practicum” is a 12 week content based workshop targeted to Intermediate and Advanced students. The program has been created and successfully directed by Vittorio Capotorto for American Universities. Its purpose is to teach the Italian Language in all its forms through the study of classical and contemporary Italian playwrights culminating in the representation of a play.

It will be held in Manhattan at Centro Raccontami and at Columbus Club starting September 19th.
