Dear
Italian Teachers, Coordinators and Members,
as September approaches and school is about to start, I
would like to congratulate and thank you for your
dedication in teaching and supporting the Italian
language. I wish each and everyone of you an exciting
and rewarding scholastic/academic year.
All of us
at IACE would also like to thank you for your continued
interest in our Organization. I’m also pleased to say
that our office team and our board of directors are
among the finest I have worked with.
From
getting involved in planning adult classes to securing
monetary funds for our programs, my new position at IACE
has been an enriching experience thus far. It is more
and more fascinating to me to realize that from fashion
design to gourmet food as from classical music to
Italian high technology, the Italian culture and
language is more and more present and influential in
American Society.
Today we
are getting better and better prepared to reach new
goals: with your help, knowledge and experience we have
the tools to plan for a great future. With so many
interesting challenges and possibilities ahead, I am
really looking forward to working all of you.
