Summer program 2010

We are happy to announce that the Italian Government Tourist Board North America, in collaboration with the Province of Macerata, IACE-Italian American Committee on Education and the Education Office of the Consulate General of Italy in New York, will be sponsoring the IACE Summer Program of 2010 in the Marche Region from July 11th to July 24th 2010.

IACE will select 20 students from schools affiliated with IACE to compete for a scholarship to study Italian in Italy for 2 weeks.

The deadlines for the project are:

April 30th – teachers are invited to pick their most proficient Italian students and inform us of their names along with the Scholarship application

May 14th – deadline for the presentation of the final projects on the theme “L’Italiano nostro e degli altri. Una lingua amica per scoprire Macerata e le Marche”

May 19th – notification of the award recipients

June 1st – winners must submit all the forms required and the airfare payment

June 30th - Ceremony (5-7pm) to meet the tour leaders and receive the air tickets
