Suggested Activities

Students are asked to

  • Draw a house then write a paragraph describing it
  • Draw a room with furnishings; work in pairs: tell each other name and function of each object
  • Bring in cut-outs of rooms and furnishings; get togheter with a partner and describe their color, shape and qualities
  • Make collage of all pictures to form a town/neighborhood,display;
  • Playing guessing game: furnishings’ or rooms’ function (i.e. We go to sleep in it every night. What is it?)
